If you want your clients to use RESULT then make sure they know how to and can quickly access the site. 

① Add an icon to your phone

You can quickly add a shortcut to RESULT on a tablet or smartphone. The icon will be automatically generated and behaves like any other app icon. Here are the steps to take:

📲  For Apple tablets and smartphones:

  1. In Safari search for www.result4addiction.net

  2. Go to the page you want to bookmark

  3. Tap the share icon (rectangle with up arrow)

  4. Tap 'Add to Home Screen'

  5. Tap 'Add'

📲  For Android tablets and smartphones:

  1. In Chrome search for www.result4addiction.net

  2. Go to the page you want to bookmark

  3. Tap 'Menu'

  4. Tap 'Add to Home Screen'

② QR codes to access pages directly

i) Example QR codes on appointment cards or homework cards

A good way to use RESULT is to give clients homework tasks. To make this easy print cards for them to take away and circle the homework you want them to do. Here is an example of a card - the QR code goes directly to the CHECK-UPS menu. The idea would be to set a task for recovery or to self-assess mental health for example - circle the check-up to be completed (use QR codes above).

ii) Example QR codes to clinic letters/emails

Adding a QR code to letters gives service users an additional way of getting help. This may be a good idea where someone has dropped out of treatment or not come to their first appointment (use QR codes above).
